Andres Marquina joined our team in early 2024. Andres serves as the Development Analyst at Maple Development. Using his analytical and interpersonal skills, Andres assists in managing and facilitating builder relations. Andres is passionate about the finance behind real estate development and is constantly looking for efficiencies and solutions in underwriting the dynamic industry of land development. Andres holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness and a Master of Land and Property degree from The Texas A&M University. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, playing ping pong, and spending time with friends and family.
