Maple Development Group recently gathered with stakeholders, land development and homebuilding leaders, and municipal officials to celebrate an exciting new chapter: the introduction of our newest Master-Planned Villages—Azalea, Aldeana, Serenada, Sagebrush, and Bellamina. These thoughtfully designed communities, coming soon to the rapidly growing submarkets Waller and Brazoria Counties, reflect Maple’s ongoing vision for an attainable and connected lifestyle. They join our growing lineup of eleven communities throughout the Greater Houston market.
With over 3,000 acres acquired to date, we’re just getting started. Maple is committed to creating communities that prioritize nature, connection, convenience, and attainability. Moreover, we view the outdoors as one of the most valuable amenities—every Master-Planned Village is designed with trails, parks, and green spaces to ensure residents enjoy the benefits of nature right outside their doors.
