Jessica brings over a decade of Operations experience in her role as Office Host at Maple. Throughout her career, Jessica has successfully led operations initiatives across healthcare, remote/multi-site environments, and creative industries. With a strong background in HR administration, executive support, and project coordination, she is recognized for her ability to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and oversee logistics, administration, and cross-functional collaboration. At Maple, Jessica also plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by keeping the team organized, well-fed, and contributing to a positive, engaging office culture.

Jessica is fluent in both English and Vietnamese. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Houston.
