Loreal Silcott joined Maple Development in 2021 as Office Manager and and has since been promoted to Office & Culture Manager, playing a key role in internal operations, strategic initiatives, and cultivating a vibrant company culture.

She leads community outreach tied to Maple’s master-planned villages and development projects, while also managing internal communications, networking campaigns, and company-wide events to reflect the company’s values and vision.

With a diverse background in recruitment, property management, business retention, and client relations, Loreal brings a well-rounded, results-driven perspective to every challenge. Her strength lies in aligning people, processes, and performance to support growth, build strong teams, and elevate the workplace experience.

Loreal earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Psychology from Texas State University.
