Michael Sabo is a co-founder of Maple Development Group and brings decades of experience in real estate investment and finance. Based in New York, Michael began his career originating debt and equity capitalizations at First Financial Equity before expanding into structured real estate finance at GFI Mortgage. He later co-founded Radius Property Management and led an investment platform that acquired over $500 million in multifamily properties nationwide—including more than 6,000 units and $100 million in Texas alone. In 2017, Michael helped launch Maple Development to focus on residential projects in the greater Houston area, combining his deep industry knowledge with a mission to deliver attainably priced communities.
