Russell has led major development projects across many of Houston’s most prestigious neighborhoods, consistently delivering quality results on time and within budget.

A proud graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, he holds the Graduate Master Builder and Certified Green Builder designations from the National Association of Home Builders.

Russ is also an active member of the Greater Houston Builders Association, Texas Builders Association, and National Home Builders Association—reflecting his dedication to continued excellence and innovation in the field.
