Tania Loo oversees the financial operations of Maple Development’s portfolio of master-planned communities, bringing discipline and clarity to a complex multi-entity structure. Her work encompasses financial reporting, ERP systems management and implementation, internal controls, and compliance, ensuring the company's financial foundation is as carefully built as the communities it creates. She leads process improvement and systems initiatives that strengthen Maple’s operational infrastructure and position the organization for continued growth.

Tania brings over a decade of progressive accounting experience across public accounting, energy, and real estate. A former auditor at PwC, she spent nearly a decade managing complex project-based accounting, multi-entity structures, and cost allocation across large-scale international operations, building the kind of financial rigor that translates seamlessly into land development. She holds an MBA and CPA credential, with deep expertise in consolidations and construction accounting.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Tania is proud to call the Katy, Texas area home. Outside of work, she finds her greatest joy in her family and her faith.
