The Make a New Year's Move Promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Maple Development and is valid on new home purchase contracts executed between November 1, 2026, and January 31, 2027, within participating Maple Development communities, including Aldeana, Azalea, Bellamina, and Serenada.
Eligible buyers may receive up to $2,027 toward closing costs at the time of closing. The incentive:
Applies only to eligible closing costs.
Is available on new contracts executed during the promotional period.
Requires the buyer to successfully close on the purchase of the home.
Has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, applied to the purchase price, or transferred to another party.
Is limited to one incentive per home purchase.
May not be combined with other developer-sponsored incentives or promotions.
Participation in the Promotion is subject to builder participation and applicable lending and closing requirements. Maple Development reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice. Additional restrictions may apply.
