Vanessa Rodriguez is a Texas‑licensed professional civil engineer who brings a broad range of development experience to her role as Development Manager at Maple Development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Civil Engineering from the University of Houston.

Vanessa began her career in civil engineering, where she spent five years working on public works rehabilitation design, hydrology and hydraulic analyses, transportation system inspections, and TCEQ bond application packages for land development clients. She also served as a board director for a municipal utility district.

In addition, Vanessa brings 12 years of project management experience in single‑family development, having worked with two national home builders. Throughout her career, she has led projects from planning through execution and expanded her expertise to include amenity development. Her technical background, industry experience, and strong professional network make her a valuable asset to Maple Development.
